I hope your right. I am very concerned with this sim so far. I honestly don't care if Microsoft has already attempted to reassure us.
I understand some of the blind optimism here, but not all of it. Regarding the engine, I reiterate my point on overcast skies. Volumetric clouds would be nice too. I'm not saying it would be easy. I'm just saying that there is room for improvement which would lead to a better 'simulation' experience.
