June 7, 201114 yr I have a question about multiplayer use of the NGX... When I sim online a big pet peeve of mine is the aircraft lights not syncing between the simmers that are in the session.Say I have my lights set one way, and my buddy has his set one way. In the sim, his plane would look completely dark, even though he has lights turned on in his session... anyway....If this can be answered yet...Say I am flying the NGX online, and someone else in the session is as well... What version of their plane will I see? If they turn the satellite (or any external model feature) on and off during flight, would I also see those changes real time locally within my FSX? <---------------> Mike Murawski

Kind sir, I believe this is very much out of the hands of PMDG and completely up to the software which you are using to fly online. It's one of the things that we can probably chock up to be a limitation of the FSX engine.Drew Anderson
June 7, 201114 yr Commercial Member I often fly online with up to 13 others in FSX MP with very visually detailed add-ons and the custom animations show up brilliantly on the other aircraft in sync with that persons sim, so hopefully PMDG have managed it too.Best regards,Robin.
June 7, 201114 yr Whatever is modeled by the online network database can be seen on your screen, however I highly doubt that you might see much difference once someone is online. Once model is picked up upon login it remains the same (unless logoff-logon is performed). The only difference in the visual models, I believe would be winglets/nonwinglets option.
