Noticed that turning on the Taxi light is not in the procedures. Is that a Captains option. Thoight you were required to have it on if AC is moving. Thanks

Hi bmarcoux2,The captain (you) will turn on the taxi light. Regards

It is common practice to have it on whilst you are moving, but it isn't actually legally required. On newer 737s it turns off automatically when the gear retracts.Al
