July 5, 201114 yr Hi all in the forumWanted to share with you all the exeptional service that I received when submitting a ticket to PMDG support. I have been a customer of PMDG since the 737 for fs9 was new, and this is the first ticket I have submitted in all that time. Other issues have been solveable via this forum. I opened my technical support account at uk time 22.50 Monday and submitted the ticket immediately (didn't go through first time) but went through secont time. The issue was a well documented one (fonts on MD11) and a search on the forum suggested not to ask for them on the forum but submit a ticket to avoid file sharing on the forum. At uk time 23.28 Monday I had a reply from support (Ryan) with the the solution and how to proceed. The issue is now fixed and cannot see any other way to inform support that this ticket is now closed. So please accept this post as confirmation that the issue is solved and I really appreciate the speedy and courteous service that I received.Kind regardsJohn Calleja John Calleja
