Well - i have been in contact with John and i got the key and the program is running. Of course i don't know if i get any of the problems mentioned here. Having installed this latest version of RC i can see i have had that before and also dumped it back then - going back to version 4.0, because of it cancling before i even took off. There were all kind of theories of why it happend and what one could do, but the problem never got away. I particularly remember this version, because one have to copy and paste the path to the FSX program (or FS9) into Makerwy.exe when you runs it, while you didn't have to do that in vers. 4.0. But it's a new computer, so maybe... Thank's for taking the time... CheersLars

Lars;Create a text file with worpad or whatever putting in the path to FSX. Then save it as text and keep a shortcut to it on your desktop. When you need to do a scenery rebuid open that path file, drag the mouse over the path, and hit copy. In the RC rebuild scenery place the mouse cursor in the path dialog and hit ctrl-v to paste it in. It saves a lot of typing and reduces errors. My file contains for example:h:\program files\microsoft games\flight simulator 9Glad you are up and running. Be sure to save a copy of that new key with the CD you burned of the download.

Incorrect. You need a new key only if your hard disk is reformatted or with a reinstall of windows where the HD is reformatted. The key you received will work for reinstallations on the same pc where the HD is not reformatted.
