Depends on your installation, but usually it will be "c:\program files\microsoft games\Microsoft flight X" in 32 bit systems."c:\program files(x86)\microsoft games\Microsoft flight X" in 64 bit like win xp / win 7 / vista.Change the "c:" to where you have installed FSX , else "c:" will be by default.

You place it under "\microsoft flight simulator X" folder which is the subfolder under "program files\Microsoft Games" or "program files(x86)\Microsoft Games"May I know what ui.dll is for ?

Paul, the "root FSX folder" is the folder on your installation where FSX.exe is found. If you right-click on the desktop icon, click on Properties, the path to FSX.exe will be in the first box labled "Target."This the folder where you want to put the "uiautomationcore.dll" file! :(
