Call me a wuss if you like, I almost tear up every time I see this and hear the audio. It should have been a disaster. To put the faces of the passengers and crew with the thought in my mind that they should have perished, it makes me shiver. What a happy ending to a dire situation!

Uh, thanks for posting. Have a look at the subsequent videos as well, and the page of those who created the presentation. This stuff seriously gives goosebumps (certainly NO pun intended). Listen to those people and how professional they acted. Actually the only time one raised his voice was when the LGA controller yelled at JFK to get a helicopter over. Other than that it's incredible to see how everyone stays really calm and does just whatever need be done. Seriously, a total power loss over a major metropolitan area is probably a major worst case scenario which really makes one expect them to be doomed. But quite the contrary, it turned to be a major miracle. And cause of all that, Zach, there really is no reason to call you a wuss...
