Install RC4 in FSX into Program Files (x86) on Win 7 64 ?

Featured Replies

I am new to Radar Contact but I love it already after only one test flight with a default 737 and then one IFR flight with the IFly 737. Everything works like a charm smile.png but I installed it to the default folder suggested by the installer: Program Files (x86). I read in another post that it is best to change to another location due to Win 7 limitations?I have set the exe to run as admin every time and execluded the RC4 folder in the antivirus. No problems so far.

You can leave RC where it is. Set up a shortcut to the RCv4.exe, right click on the shortcut, and in its properties set it to run as admin. That might be an easier startup for you. Setting a program to run as admin is a level of program access privileges and is different than a user having admin rights.
