CSI A319-100 base packages

Featured Replies

Would appreciate if someone could let me know where I can get this plane including "FX-effects".Those that available on avsim are just repaints and they do not contain base files. Also, i didn't find IAE-engine models. Thanks in advance for yout help

CSI never released the IAE engined models. They originally released a beta model against which all the repaints are done other, although the beta model had a few issues, including flap pylons that break through the surface of the wing. CSI updated that model, fixing those issues and toning down the dynamic shine. Sadly the update was never released--so essentially all the repaints were based off of the beta.... I believe the original beta was in an Air Canada livery--that may help you find it.-John

Does anyone know what happened to CSI? Did they just collapse?Regards

>Does anyone know what happened to CSI? Did they just>collapse?Everyone got real busy. I mean EVERYONE. :) Jason is working long hours, and on top of that, just got married! :)There are several completed A319s - painted and all. I'll see what we can do about uploading them.

That would be wonderful Bob! That Germanwings livery you guys previewed looked awesome. Misha :-wave

There are some in the Avsim Library done by Mr. Sebek and from what I see, it's a complete package.

Hey Bob, thanks for chiming in and answering the questions as to the whereabouts of CSi. Like Bob said, everybody got real busy, goals changed and I just got married (married for more than 2 weeks now) so everything is up in the air at the moment. The group still keeps in touch so its not like we have completely disappeared.I'm not working long hours anymore, but my priorities have shifted for the time being... number one priority is taking care of the wife. Eventually at a later date I will get back to building airplanes and releasing the Airbuses ;-)Regards,Jason B http://csi.avsim.net/images/c3ka332.jpg

Good to see 'ya back Jason, and congrats on the marriage.... Time will go by very fast... 'Tis been nine years for me, and I hate to break it to you, but everything's still up in the air :) ....or I should say, after nine years of marriage, you forget where the ground is.... If you are lucky like I am, your wife will be able to walk in the room nine years from now, smile, and make you drop the aircraft you're working on for FS2013 without a second thought....-John
