Yes, the NGX is without WX radar

No weather radar is included, beacuse it would have been fake, as there is no way to accuratly read the weather information in FSX, and PMDG didn't want to fake it!

As Wilco developers include it in their AirBus? Could PMDG include it in a future Service Pack?

Wilco have included a WX radar that works differently than real world WX radars. As there is no way to model a WX radar that does the same as a real world WX within FSX the PMDG developers have decided not to include one in their products. It would surprise me a lot if they changed their minds on this. Perhaps they will include one in future products for future simulations, if those simulations actually provide a way to access the data needed to create a realistic working radar. FSX does not provide the required data

the 737MGX does not have a WX and may never have a WX. This is because FSX simply cant do weather radars, it does not even know to make it stop raining when theres no clouds lol! You can make something that looks like a WX but it can never function properly. Maybe someday, maybe MSFlight will support it but then again we dont even know if its not going to be a console game. Knowing Microsoft it would not supprise me.
