Seems when I land at KSEA, theres no runway to see, its all ground on top of runway, plane will land on runway underneath ground?

To answer the question, there is nothing wrong with KSEA. For more of an answer, you will need to indicate what flight simulation program (FS9, FSX, etc) you are referring to, what addons you are using if any, and a screen shot of what you see.

It sounds like you have an addon airport for KSEA that does not have the correct airport background polys and flattens. However as Art says we need a lot more detail first
