i had purchased already through PP. and i had received email from pp confirmation of purchased. but still no link from pmdg and check pmdg account orders there is no orders i had made .. what is this .. please guys help me byeBikash kc

Its most probly due to the server attacks. Wait until the service is back up before contacting support.

Hi, same problem here. When i saw the plane is finally available, I immediately tried to purchase it through Paypal but it didn't redirect me to the download site. Up to that point, all went well. Then I found out about the former attacks. Now I am concerned that the system wont associate the payment with my purchase. I really hope you guys at pmdg get fixed this as soon as possible. That is not so Andy. I've had the confirmation email, but no link. Nor does it show up on my previous orders. Will just have to wait - they'll get there.

I have two email replies after my purchase 10 minutes ago, 1 from PayPal and another from PMDG themselves, the download link and serial were in the email from PMDG.

Just received the order confirmation mail from pmdg which includes the download link! Nice :-) Looks like the systems just needed some time to process everything. Oleg Kosse
