August 5, 201114 yr I have the RMA information from ASUS for my defective video card and they are telling me it takes 10 days. Is this normal service and generally how do I get my new card? August 6, 201114 yr ASUS will provide you with a Return Merchandise ie your video card replacement. The delay will depend on your location. The store is where you can get your money back (maybe).So RMA and Store are 2 options you can choose depending on what you want to do.
