Is there a way to delete the views in FSX or change the order? I would like to totally delete the 2D view panel. And also first officer, so that when I press the A key i will immideately cycle to the overhead view for example.My perfect order when pressing A button would be: 1. VC captain seat 2. Overhead 3. U can delete the views in the the aircraft.cfg or panel.cfg

I couldn't find where it is either. I need to remove because oddly enough 2D is killing my frame rates. With TH2GO and 5040x1050 res is does something funny to the sim and never recovers my fps after going back to VC.

Maybe someone of PMDG knows? Who needs a 2D panel with this awesome Virtual cockpit where it is really easy to get to every switch.

This is a known issues with many panels when you operate at this resolution and switch to th 2D cockpit in full screen mode, if you do this you get the flickering mouse coursor and only way to fix it will be a reload of the plane by loding a different panrel first. one way to stop this occuring is with a properly loaded vc, go into windows mode(alt+enter) then go to 2D cockpit, then open every instrument panel listed, shrink the size of each wondow that opens and move them away from the edges of the window edge, switch back to vc then back into full screen mode, now try viewing 2d panel, you'll see it's fixed, in essence if your panel states are saved you shouldn't need to do this again. Unless the panel states get reset.However a long term fix is to edit the cfg files and reduce the window sizes and positions this will always prevent this from happening then, there some guidance somwhere on sizes to use over at the leveld forum as it effects the 767 panel also.

Ok I already removed the views, the only thing is that I can not find the 2D cockpit view. It does not help to temove it from the cameras.cfg and iI can not find it in the aircraft.cfg nor panel.cfg Somebody found it or knows where to find it?

rob, if you follow the instructions it will remove the 2d cockpit view from the cycle of using the A key. In addition, I changed the shift + 1 assignment to a hot key for EZCA.
