So, as my last topic has been deleted, I repost. People must to know that until the end PMDG doesn't take us seriously. The entire discution :

Tell me about it to see what can and cannot be changed.Vangelis==============================

Us : I would need to speak ENGLISH, with the C++ Gauge dll developer, and possibly the 3D modeller who writes the XML in the model. It will be a highly technical conversation.Sorry, I do not have the time to go into details with those who are not able to view the C++ source, or the animation XML. It would be a waste of everyone's time.
Yes well I speak a little English and I write a little English. I also write a little C++ for fun usually, like programming the entire FMC. Now in all seriousness we are several developers because the code is like two phone books long.So what exactly is the issue so that I know I am not wasting MY time and that of my colleagues.==============================

us : EmvaosI am a professional programmer, and have also been involed inFS for many years. There are multiple issues. Here is a simple one, and its a CLASSIC.Spoiler changes are sent over MP as KEY Events. If you are the 737, and then, raise the Spoilers with the "/"key, the spoilers go to 100%. TOGGLE SPOILERS.But then a gauge or animation xml, is continually setting theSpoilers again to 100% with a SPOILER_SET to 100% Keyevent, multiple times a second, without checking that thecurrent position of the spoiler. Since the spoiler is alreadyat 100%, it is totally unnecessay to keep setting it to 100%.Key Events are very FSX processing intensive, and the spoilerKey Event is also sent over MP. So it is also using up a lotof unnecessary Internet bandwith, as well as causing players toprocess those key events and reduce their performance ( FPS).This one is a CLASSIC... and should have been caught earlyduring code development. .... This is just one of many such issues... there are also some major issue with initialization, but one step at a time. Why don't you and your collegues check out the one I have diagnosed, and when you determine that I do know what I am technically talking about and should be taken seriously, then maybe we can get down to some more detailed technical discussions and start to get these issue sorted... assuming this is what PMDG wants to do. And the final answer that we don't understand after all time we spend to track this issue and share with PMDG Dev Team :
The development team has taken in quite enough of your lectures in which you pretend to know more than we about what our product does. The bottom line is that you are pre-supposing that the mission goal with the design of the NGX is to use only the limited operations available within within FSX.Given the "we are smarter than you" attitude you have approached us with- we have absolutely no interest in working with you as cooperation is based upon mutual respect and an open mind. Your posts, emails and support tickets make it clear that you haven't the slightest inkling what it is that can be done when you decide not to be limited by narrow imagination. My inbox has been flooded with email from other developers who share the same opinion of your self importance- and as such I must tell you that it is no longer desired here.Best of luck with your endeavors.Robert S. Randazzo
Now i'm going to answer directly to Robert. In view of many of your actions, and your answers, I wonder if this is your first months at the head of a company. If this is not the case, it is horrifying. You demonstrate such a lack of professionalism and you demonstrate that when you meet a real issue you run quickly hide.I'm running a business for several years, and when I announce that a product works, I have no right to make mistakes. If so, I listen to all my clients and they "kick my &@($*" but I know recognize my mistakes, Apparently, it's not you.Oh yes, it's so simple to do the boss give the last word and cut off all discution as normal. You also talk about respect and open mind? It's a joke coming from you, you do not show since the beginning of the problem statement. In any case, believe me, you have proven that you really need to take courses in customer relations ... Congratulation PMDG team.

Dude, I think PMDG is doing a great job helping customers out with their problems but there are always people that do freak out when something is not working. In you case you just wanted to show your "muscles of programming knowledge". BORING!
