I have had this happen several times. It appears to be a glitch in the sim. I have found that when this happens I can adjust the temperature knobs one notch warmer or cooler and reset the warning and the issue goes away. In ten and a half years of flying the 737 I have never seen ZONE TEMP lights because of high temperatures.

It would help if you would tell us where you are flying when this happens. Also what is the TAT on your EDU?

This problem still occurs after hotfix 4. I always start from C&D and do same procedure.Even from a same airport and same temperature(mostly 25C), sometimes happens and sometimes not.This is a bug and need to be fixed with SP1.
