I have reinstalled my FSX twice (due to my own issues, NOT THE NGX) just to make it run, Never have I before gone through such hoops for 1 addon, instead it was deemed incompatible and retired. Thank you for an airplane worthy of it!

You know what, my wife and kids went away and I decided to go through the same laborious task. This time I am installing to C:FSX as per PMDG's instructions. I might get a first flight in a couple of days. I was going to spend a couple of days flying butt.....good luck.

Same for me, wife and kids away, in 8 days from 6 pm to midnight I installed FSX, read and performed all the tweaks, installed the NGX, about 25 sceneries, mesh, landclass, REX and all the tuning for networking with a laptop with ASE and Radar Contact. Finally, defragmentation. It was hard but overall I am satisfied, the only pity are those 12-15 fps in big addon airports...
