August 11, 201114 yr The tickets must have never made it to you in the first place then Ryan because I sent one three or four days ago and I didn't get a reply either. It doesn't matter now though because I fixed my issue myself.Edit: actually the tickets did work it's just that your email notifications from the support website are INOP, I did actually have a reply to my ticket the next day but never got an email notification.
