One small bug I haven't been able to resolve: Ground power cart sound

I've been told it should be there by other forum members, but no matter what I try, there's no external sound for ground power. Is anyone else experiencing this one? I'm not sure if I've seen it mentioned.

Is your air start cart working also? So far the other two work fine for me. I've submitted a ticket.
