August 18, 201114 yr I have noticed a slight discrepancy in the the fuel figure reported in the perf init page vs. the FMC fuel loaded page. See screenshot below. Fuel in the Plan/Fuel box is always about 200 pounds more than what I asked to be loaded. Can someone explain why? I did see a note in the introduction document, is this the result of a modeled "quirk"? Fuel System:• Engine Valves and Spar Valves have emergency power packsattached to the valve actuator unit. These serve as emergencybackup power to close the fuel shutoff in an emergency if noother source of power is available, and explains why you can stillactuate those valves even if their primary source of power isoffline.• FMS Fuel quantity will read slightly more fuel than the FQIS. Thisis an airplane idiosyncratic behavior.• Center Wing Tank fuel quantity measuring system capacitanceerror modeled in the Center Wing Tank. The quantity will varyaccurately during climbs/descents. This is an airplaneIdiosyncratic behavior. A.J. Domingo
