August 18, 201114 yr Purchased the NGX on 8/19/2011 and cannot install your product on my machine...which has never happened to me before! I followed all instructions and get authorization failed repeatedly even with my anti-virus turned off completely and logging in as administrator. Even your text support (Trouble-shooting ticket) system seems to think I don't exist even after purchasing the product an hour earlier. The only thing I can think of causing this problem is my use of Chrome instead of IE.
