Is anyone having problems saving the random failures state? I turn on random failures, choose the number of failures(3) then execute. I exit out of FSX then restart in the same livery but random failures has defaulted back to off. Jeez, I was wondering why I haven't been getting any failures after hours and hours of flying!

I created a new cold & dark startup state and saved it after enabling random failures. That seems to work - when I load the plane the next time, random failures are on. I also took the opportunity to load the plane with the ground power already connected, ready to be turned on, and with the pitot heat turned off.

That worked, thanks. Have to save the random failures state with the panel state or else it will default back to off.

i been getting failure with failures set to off lol got the doors overwing now twice now in 6 flights least now i now what to do now
