I have checked the manual, but I can't find the process on how to start the engines...can someone tell me where it is located or just walk me through the process of starting the engines. I dont want to use (ctrl+e) to start as it is not realistic.

Page 77 of the FCOMv1 is the start of the amplified normal procedures - that's the "cold and dark" startup and what you want.
