Whenever I say "cleared" before takeoff the overhead panel comes up, but no 'hand'. Then it goes away, the transponder is turned to TA/RA, then the overhead comes up again, and I SEE the landing lights turned on. But when I open the overhead again the landing lights have turned back off and I have to manually turn on the strobes and landing lights. And when I say "seatbelts off" once again the overhead comes up, then goes away and the FO says "seatbelts off" but noo still on. Any thing I can do? The landing and strobes both turn off normally in the after landing flows.

I did not. Thank you very much for the quick reply and help :) I didn't see anything about SP in the manual or installation, so I hope this problem doesn't affect a lot of people.

Ok I have SP1 and have been using it for several months, but I'm beginning to see a similar problem. When I say "cleared" the overhead comes up, strobes are turned on, overhead disappears, TA/RA, etc. Occasionally this is all that happens and the landing lights are on and stay on, but most times the overhead will come up a second time, the "click" of the strobes switch happens again and the landing lights come on then off, and I have to turn them on manually. This is the only glitch I've yet found. Any help?
