How come my trim wheels dont do this

Recommended Posts

Not to be a nitpicker, but was the trim wheel animation slowed down in the NGX to save framerates, cause mine surely dont move this quick at any phase of flight at all.

It is written in the intro document (I think) that the trim wheel is modeled as per the real aircraft and the range requires a lot more turns than normal in Flight Sim providing accurate trimming of the aircraft. My guess is that it works as per the real deal but one of the developers will have to answer your specific question. Mark.

On the Real Airplane the STAB TRIM wheel move's quicker when the flap's are not UP. When the FLAP's are UP the stab trim wheel turn's slower.
