August 24, 201114 yr Hi, Could somebody tell how to remove the aircraft correctly. Can i use the NG removal tool (i think it was for the FS9 version).. I want to uninstall then reinstall with the latest download version.(still have freezing issue after hotfix 3) Also, if i use the link provided on purchase (august 5th) , are all hotfix included?.Many thanks and best regards Real Deraps

August 24, 201114 yr It's a good idea to uninstall any installed liveries first. After the NGX is uninstalled it usually leaves the PMDG folder in the FSX folder.You can safely delete that. Fred. Frederic Steiner.
