August 28, 201114 yr Commercial Member Guys, If your tickets are getting closed without a response that's definitely not something we're doing knowingly. If you see that happen to yours, reply back to it (you can do that even if it shows closed) and it should put it back in the active queue for us. I think the system will automatically close tickets with no activity that are older than a week or so. As far as support account creations that aren't getting the verification email - that's something on your end, spam blocking or whatever at the ISP most likely.
