August 28, 201114 yr Commercial Member Obviously depends on your level or urgency. I filed two support requests and have not heard a peep yet (that was a few days after release). Mark.Mark,This is completely false, we answer all tickets in the order in which they came in. We are not leaving any tickets knowingly unanswered - the queue is cleared out every night before I go to sleep. August 28, 201114 yr -if i were to bet one a side here, I would put all mine on PMDG. PMDg is an award winning company. Things like quality, attention to detail are evident in there work. Surely that would be reflected in the customer service as well. And it has to me- I m a long time customer and have ALWAYS had tickets answered, and usually in LESS than 12 hours. We all understand frustration, but thats no excuse. Peter Osborn
