August 27, 201114 yr The EADI in the FFS Saab 340 doesn't show the selected auto pilot mode (HDG, NAV..) neither the vertical speed selected. The 1.1 update is supposed to fix that problem, but I have the update installed and nothing changed. The .gau file is truly updated as I notice browsing the folders, but no results.Any help will be welcome. I really like this plane. I´m using FS9 on Win7 Ultimate 32, nvidia GTX460, Phenom II 955BE.Thanks, and sorry about my poor english. Fernando.
August 27, 201114 yr If you can not solve your problem consider purchasing a gauge suite from isgsim.com. Many are included in the suite. If you do this, install the gauge library first. A modified panel.cfg using these gauges is available here:http://isgsim.com/?page=panel_library⊂=retro_ffs_s340 A list of other panel.cfg files is here;http://isgsim.com/?page=panel_library Not quite up to date is the gauges included list here:http://isgsim.com/?page=features Price and another description is here:http://secure.simmarket.com/ernie-alston-integrated-simavionics-group-1-%28isg1%29.phtml Twice now updates and gauges have been added, free to purchaser's of this version. Notice on the product website there are training videos for installation and operation of some gauges. Occasional editing of a gauges .ini file might be required to suit your preferences for gauge operation. Finally, to enable installing these in aircraft where panel.cfgs have not been contributed I recommend purchasing FS Panel Studio download version from flight1.com. It is a visual utility to place gauges in new or existing panels. It is about $25 US and is the simplest visual utility I am aware of to add gauges from any source to existing aircraft panels. none or very little hand modification of panel.cfg is needed. It places an image of the panel in the background to you can delete existing gauges, insert new ones, or move and resize any gauge new or used from a generic or specific gauges folder.
August 28, 201114 yr I have the FFS Saab 340 running fine under Windows 7 64 bit. The autopilot annunciators are working correctly. I can only suggest you try reinstalling with UAC disabled. Sorry - not much help I'm afraid. Graeme Butler
August 28, 201114 yr Unlike VISTA turning off UAC does not disable all protection. Run installer .exe files by right clicking on them and setting them to run as admin which is a program level of security as opposed to a user with admin rights.
August 28, 201114 yr Author Thanks for answering. UAC is disabled since the first day. I´ll try reinstalling running as admin.
