August 27, 201114 yr HI, Could somebody tell me how we receive answer for a support ticket. Do i receive it by email or i have to check in my PMDG account?. I've submitted a ticket yesterday morning and i still have no answer from PMDG. Thanks and regards Real Deraps
August 27, 201114 yr I don't think email notifications work, you should check back on the PMDG site. I believe they say to expect an answer within 24-48 hours.
