Error with Approach Checklist

Hi! I recently bought the Airline Pilot Extreme bundle that came with the Level-D 767 Voice Commander Edition. I have followed the manual to the letter and my flight goes well...until I get to the approach phase of it. After I pass 10,000 is when things for downhill. The FO does everything he's supposed to. When I pass 7000Ft and say "Approach Checklist," he says nothing. The dialogue clearly says that I am saying the correct statement, but he refuses to answer. The rest of the flight does not go well as he will essentially become useless to the rest of the sequence. I know the approach phase is activated because the small little star blinks every 5 seconds. Has anyone experienced this issue? This is my second flight.

Hi, Does the Mode say "Approach"? Does the 'Green Bar' show the correct phrase? Also, make sure you've installed the update from the FS2Crew Downloads Page. Install the update before you do anything. http://www.fs2crew.com/cart/pages/Downloads-%26-Updates.html Cheers,
