Hello, I am experiencing some problems with the NGX. While installing, I get a message that says 'Access is denied', and the installer shuts down. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What operating system are you using Kevin?

Make sure you are logged on as admin. Right click the installer and click "Run as Administrator"
