Overclocking in the Summer

Ethan Rayhorn, he owns his own PC building business, I would trust him a fair bit. Still, nobody can really tell how long these CPUs will last at these voltages. You could ramp it to 1.5V but you will need to do some time consuming testing to see if its killing the CPU.

i dont have the option of 2t, only 1n or 2n
1n 2n is the same as 1T 2T
