Wilco Airbus Evo crashes when importing flight plan

Featured Replies

We have two computers in our house - both running fs9. One is Windows xp 32-bit, the other is Windows 7 64-bit. (I realise that Wilco do not support Win7 64-bit.) When loading the Airbus Evolution series, 9 times out of 10 it will load the aircraft on both systems without crashing fs9, but as soon as we try to import the fs flight plan into the fmc, fs9 crashes to desktop. Anyone else experienced this and found a solution? We can enter the flight plan manually, but would rather not spend the time.

Try using the original version and not the 'Evolution' hack job.

I bought the EVO upgrade last week and got the same problem. I believe it was to do with the AIRAC cycle screwing up on the installation. I re-installed the main Airbus 1 aircraft, then the Evo upgrade again and had no further issues with this happening.
