Dear PMDG Team, how do I get the "perfect" cruise altitude for my Jetstream? Are there any calculations I can do or are there charts available?

I remember OPT cruise altiude has discuss before.GNS-XLS fms not include so much function.But also you can choice altitude by route distance.
