I just read the update PMDG posted and it sounds like a lot of people are reporting their freezes to PMDG via support tickets. I just had a freeze,should i report it or just reboot FSX and keep flying? Basicly I'm asking if PMDG is trying to gather data (via people reporting freezes) for the service pack or are they trying to resolve case by case issues for individuals? I haven't reported any past freezes... Mitch Bowman

Mitch, We're actively researching it but unless your case is totally repeatable and something we could come try to debug on your machine, it's not going to be all that useful to us unfortunately. A random thing that doesn't reproduce isn't an ideal candidate for trying to debug. We do have a few cases of repeatable stuff and we're working with those people directly.

Oh ok, i wanted to be helpful if needed, but i didn't want to clog the support system with undesired tickets. So what causes a repeatable freeze? something to do with the fmc? Mitch bowman
