September 12, 201114 yr I have tweaked something while resetting up my weather in FSX and now i get a haze causing low visibilty when at or below about 6000ft. Therefore i cannot see the runway at any distance. I just can't seem to back track on whatever setting it was that i changed. Anybody know what weather setting causes this? I set my visibility to unlimited but that didn't do it. Rick Hobbs
September 12, 201114 yr Commercial Member Hi, There are several things that can affect this, but if all you did is adjust weather settings, I suspect you might have multiple visibility layers and you have attempted to adjust only the top (high altitude) one to unlimited while the lower layer is restricted. Best bet is to select the "Clear skies - clears all weather" theme and start over. If you have a saved flight, you probably have the weather saved along with it which might include this restricted visibility, so you should re-save your flight(s) with the new clear wx theme. Hope that helps! Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation Technologies
