September 16, 201114 yr HiI noticed lately that the ND or HSI does not give an accurate reading. For example, when I line up on a runway for takeoff the HSI will be showing about 15 degrees different from the actual runway heading. This also ocurrs on final approach with using the ILS. I have many addon scenery and aircraft. I am wondering if somthing I installed has caused this. Can anyone help me with a solution?thanksPaul
September 17, 201114 yr I had the same problem. If you have Mach 1 Austin scenery installed, try disabling it. It worked for me and hopefully that will help you. September 17, 201114 yr Hi I had the same problem. Compass seems to have been set to true North instead of magnetic and did not display properly at all particularly in the ND of complex add ons such as the Airsimmer Airbus and my PMDG 737s. There are other threads around, which is how I found out about this. Turns out that the CYCD 2011 freeware scenery was responsible - de-installed, all working OK now. Hope this helps. Ray Harris

Ray Harris The current version of the CYCD scenery fixes this issue. :)
September 18, 201114 yr Thanks I'll give it a go. Mostly use FSX for flying out of CYCD nowadays anyway.
