My barometer setting on the PFD will not change when I change it. Is it something I am doing wrong?Or is it a hickup?

Maybe there is something you are doing wrong as the baro is correctly working with almost all users.

Make sure you are not in standard (STD) mode. Also, make sure you're turning the baro knob, and not the minimums knob. Also, the sleeve of the knob switches between inches of mercury and millibars. You need to turn the center knob.
