ASE and Prepar3D

Featured Replies

Hello ! As many, I'm interested in Prepar3D.Does ASE support this polished version of MS'ESP ? And more important, as information on Active Sky 2012 is (as the time being) completely hidden in HiFi site, will AS2012 support Prepar3D ? I've read Jim's message in Prepar3D forum, but it's not clear for me ;-) I know that I can try it (I have 3 instances of ASE and 2 of Prepar3D) but I should want a technical advice from HiFi . Hi, Officially we are only supporting FSX, but if P3D is using SimConnect from FSX then ASE will work. It is the same with AS2012.

Hello, More details about AS2012 will be announced soon. We are still quite a ways from completing this. We do not currently plan Prepare3D support for THIS product but we are working on other products that will be specific to each simulator, as each simulator has unique intricacies which need individual attention. We are generally happy with how ASE turned out in terms of multi-simulator support but there are too many limitations in this format to create the kind of product that we really want to.
