Overcast and lens flare

I have overcast and snow and then I got lens flare when turning the aircraft in the sun. Is it any way to get it stop without turn it off in the options menu. It isn

Yes go to the display options menu and turn it off. It's the box marked `lens flare`. Uncheck it and the lens flare effect is gone. It actually would take you less time to find than it's taken you to post and others to reply, which is no doubt why you've had the sarcastic reply above.Allcott

@alcottHe asked if there was a way do get rid of it WITHOUT disabling it in the options menue.@seat7lens flare is generally not realistic. You never get it in the real world, not even when the sun is shining. You only get it when looking at the world through a camera, a binocular etc. That's why it is called LENSflare. So I would just disable it via the options menue and foget about it.Wolfgang
