scrunched scrolling text

Featured Replies

sorry for what seems like an odd subject description. But, when I scroll text inside FSNav's flight plan, or scroll text in the flightsim kneeboard, the lines tend to scroll together into each other near the bottom of the text box. I have an nvidia Ti 4200 card, and wonder as I type this whether it may be a driver problem. I am at work and can't give a screen shot, but if you think you can help with this, thanks in advance....Sherm

Yep - i have been seeing the same. I keep intending to post about it, and keep forgetting. I find that it happens in the flight plan file dialog box as well. There are 8 or so files visible, but either click the up/down arrow or grabbing the bar and dragging, only part of the text of the bottom entry scrolls. Almost impossible to find the files I'm looking for. Don't recall having seen this before upgrading to the the 5x series of detonators - I too have a nVidia, ti4600, currently running 53.03. I haven't tested it fully, but maybe related to AA setting?

I went into control settings for the Nvidia card, and changed settings to High Performance, AA at 4x and ansitropic filtering to 8x. Then in 3d settings, I changed performance to High. That did the trick....Sherm
