Coolsky's new DC-9 with McPhat VC

Featured Replies

Something new to wait for: a DC-9-30 from Coolsky. Coolsky's MD-80 remains one of my favorite airplanes and gets a lot of fly time still. McPhat ought to do an amazing job on the VC. The MD-80 is very frame-friendly; here's hoping a high-def, fully 3D panel can not sink my computer. The training system like the MD-80 has will be included. I miss a good DC-9 for FSX; the Skysim is okay, but graphically not very appealing.

Ok I'm lost, where do you see anything about a DC-9 in that link, except for a section on differences to the Super80? No indication what so ever I can find, that indicates one is being developed. What am I missing?Confused.gif Edit! Ah I found it! (I have to remember to read all the way to the bottom of the page!!) Looks good.

Thanks

Tom

Scroll down. "Its all in the details," and "Why the DC-9?" Further down, under "New Articles," there is a story about McPhat leaking the project. There is also some stuff in the Coolsky Forums.
