September 27, 201114 yr Hi guys. 2 quick questions:1 In "real life" what is expected from a pilot that's been given an instruction from ATC, aknowledge first or comply first? For instance, say I'm told to change heading, which do I do first: do I repeat the order or start turning?2 In RC I never get the option to ask from 250kts restriction below 10000 relief. I set my type as heavy in RC's options and am flying outside the US, but obviously there is another condition I'm missing: which is it?Thanks!

September 28, 201114 yr Author Hi. Thank you for your response. I'm looking for the option to be excused from the speed restriction during climb, after takeoff. Neither twer nor departure (if the airport has them) nor center gives me the option.
September 28, 201114 yr Hi. I think what you're looking for is on the second page of the menu (the one in-flight, not in the set-up screen). Thinking about it now, that may only apply to the descent, crossing & approach phases so... If you can't find it, you could try setting 250 kt altitude to zero in the set-up page that covers such stuff as pause-at distance, call-sign and AI chatter. That might work though I haven't tried it. Regards,D
