October 6, 201114 yr Hello, Since HF4, it appears the aircraft BOUNCED during autoland. I can reproduce that everytime.I tested with a weight of +-140000 lbs, flaps 30, speed 146knts (FMS calculated). I'm sure there was not this "rebound" before HF4 Is it realistic ? Advice from a real NG pilot would be welcome. I understand there were some changes in the setting of the AOA. Could there be a connection ? Thank you in advance. October 6, 201114 yr Vertical speed during automatic flare seems to be sufficiently low so as to not induce any bounce. Never happened for me, either pre- or post-HF4. Give a few specific numbers, payload, fuel, airport, runway, weather and config so we could reproduce.
October 6, 201114 yr PMDG did say that fixes included in HF4 had introduced some unexpected side effects that will be fixed for SP1, might be worth waiting another week or two rather than spending time testing anything.
