October 6, 201114 yr ASE worked perfectly well for months and months up until yesterday when after starting the programit just crashed with the subsequent Win7 AppCrash warning. I have since tried to repair it (failed),uninstall and reinstall (failed). Not sure what else I can do, the PC hasn't had anything added hardwareor software wise. My OS is Win7 HP 64bit. Any advice much appreciated. Is this an upgrade installation (i.e. ASA->ASE) or a full installation of ASE? In either case, please contact our helpdesk (www.hifitechinc.com support button) and we'll investigate this. This is a full installation using file B566 and then updates B752, B642 & SP3 in that order. As I mentioned it has been working fine on the PC for months and suddenlyfrom one day to the next it stopped working. Will contact support.
