October 7, 201114 yr Debut Video Capture is free and seems to work OK. Video capture is very CPU intensive. Results may depend on how powerful your computer is. Bob Bob i5, 16 GB ram, GTX 960, FS on SSD, Windows 10 64 bit, home built works anyway.
