VOR/ADF Frequencies in Cockpit

Without having to access any external sources and using only tools available within the NGX cockpit, is there a way to find-out the frequencies of VOR and ADF stations ? Thanks,Zach

Yes,First you should know the name of that VOR, NDB or whatever. You can get it from your flight plan or from your navigation display. Or wherever you want...Then the FMC comes in. Hit the "Perf Init" key. Then you select <INDEX with the line select key (LSK). There you should find NAVDATA>. Hit the LSK beside it. Now you should find yourself on a page with 3 ---- fields. The upper one on the right side labeled with WPT Ident is that one which you need. Now you type in the VOR station identifier and line select it in that line. If this VOR identifier is used more than once, the FMC asks you which one you want. Press the LSK beside it and now you should find some information about that VOR/NDB, which also includes the frequency. Best regards, John

Similar to VORs/ADFs, is there a similar facility for determining rwy LS frequencies without having to access any external sources and using only tools available within the NGX cockpit ?Thanks,Zach

When you select your arrival runway, Hit Ferf Init again, and it will all be there, frequency, length, course heading and all.
