Hi, Well, I now get a Fatal Error when selecting the PMDG 737NGX. HF4 is installed.

A little more info is needed here. When does the fatal error occur? As soon as your select the aircraft and livery or afer you select "fly now"? Did it ever work after the hot fix was installed, even for one flight? Did you reinstall any liveries?

Hi, New install of Windows 7 64bit with all critical updates installed, no other software installed. FSX installed with SP's 1, 2 and SDK 1a. First addon item to be installed into FSX is PMDG's 737-NGX, the install went fine according to FSX and PMDG. No problems with registration. I run FSX and select ANY of PMDG's default aircraft and as soon as the aircraft shows in the widow (you know, where the aircraft spins) FSX freezes and then fatal error/CTD. System specs shown below. Submitted a ticket to PMDG, waiting on a response.

Gotcha. Ensure that your dll.xml file is formatted correctly? I believe it's in the forums, the PMDG intro (maybe), but it's documented. Reckon Google will hook you up. For some reason, PMDG products are known to format the dll.xml file incorrectly.Hope this helps! There is no way to tell if it's formatted correctly from way that HTML converts what you copied and pasted, however if the email I received with your information was formatted correctly, then no, you're file is not formatted correctly. You need to take a look at the correct spacing for each line. There is just too much to write.
