What should I expect to get with this?

I have a Dell Latitude D610 laptop with a 1.6ghz processor and a radeon X300, 64mb gfx card, and I was wondering if I should be able to watch youtube at HD resoulutions? Because right now I cant seem to watch anything more then 360p, without it lagging badly.. I know I cant run fsx on it lol but I thought I should be able to at least watch youtube vids at a reasonable resoulution..

No, the graphics system is too poor.

your joking right? what makes a simple 480p video so hard to play? like even 1000x1000=1,000,000 (which is way more resoulution then what Im looking for) and according to the everest tool, it says I should have a texture fill rate high enough to get a few fps at even 1000x1000 resoulition.. but im just looking for half that ... if even that.. just not 240p

It's a 6 year old graphics system and it sells for a whopping $40. And the whole laptop retails for $165. No you are not going to accomplish what you are seeking until you purchase a newer system.

HelloOn a more positive note it will be ideal for running ASE and FScommander over your network plus somewhere for all your tutorials , manuals and charts.Plus you get to use Avsim on those long flights

HelloASE runs great over the network and uses Simconnect, there are good instructions in the ASE manual.FSCommander uses WideFS and runs really well, great for navigating around airports with autozoom selected.
